Any dispute arising from your use of the Site or products purchased shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hong Kong, or, where arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, in the courts of Hong Kong.

If you access the Site from outside the United States or Hong Kong, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States.

3. Sales Tax Notice

Got2Brushes remits sales tax in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and the tax rates in effect at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for any use tax, customs duties, or other taxes that may apply to their purchase. If you are exempt from sales tax, please contact us at brush.lil@outlook.com before placing your order.

4. Product Safety & Intended Use

Our products — including chess sets, American mahjong sets, playing cards, and related accessories — are intended for use by individuals aged 14 and above unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Choking Hazard: Many of our products contain small parts, including chess pieces, mahjong tiles, dice, and other game components. These products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazard risks. Adult supervision is recommended for children ages 3–13.

Our products are designed and intended for recreational tabletop gaming use only. They are not toys in the regulatory sense and should not be treated as children's toys unless explicitly labeled as such.

5. Product Representation

We make every effort to display our products accurately — including colors, dimensions, materials, and packaging. However:

  • Actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration and lighting conditions during photography.
  • Product dimensions listed on product pages are approximate. Minor variations of up to ±5% in dimensions, weight, and finish are within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
  • Handcrafted elements (such as wood grain patterns, tile finishes, and fabric textures on carry bags) may exhibit natural variations — these are not defects; they are characteristics of authentic materials.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express prior written permission.
  • Product images may be shared on social media for non-commercial purposes provided that Got2Brushes is clearly credited and the images are not altered or modified.
  • Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
