7-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Return requested within 7 days of delivery
Item is unused and in the same condition as received
Item is in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
Items missing original packaging or accessories
Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

How to Start a Return

Contact us at brush.lil@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return shipping address within 1–2 business days.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer — except when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged, or defective product), in which case we cover all return costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:

Contact us at brush.lil@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Once we verify your claim, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — including return shipping costs — at no additional charge to you.
