• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders where pricing errors exist.
• Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and other accepted payment gateways. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

5. Shipping

• Shipping is currently available within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
